American Airlines Admirals Club Terminal C at Terminal C, 3200 E Airfield Dr, Dallas, Texas.

The showers are an embarrassment to American Airlines. Threadbare towels, ridiculously low water pressure, mold & mildew, parts of the door frame held on by caulk, corners that haven't been swept out in a LONG time.

For the prices being charged for an Admiral's Club membership ... and for the level of comfort and excellence American is trying to promote (especially in the city of their headquarters) ... there's no excuse for quality this poor. A response from the desk when I told them it was "one of my more disappointing experiences with an airline lounge shower"? "I'll bet it was."

American Airlines, you need to fix this. You're spending a small fortune ($200M) to upgrade your clubs ... the showers in Terminal C could be fixed in a weekend with some focused attention. Your customers are watching. Those of us who travel a lot know what is possible by your competition.
