Anne Frank Elementary School at 5201 Celestial Road, Dallas, Texas.

This school is 95% Hispanic and Spanish speaking, and one of the reasons parents of means put their kids in private schools in this area. None of the teachers speak any English, everything is in Spanish, and the parents of these children are mainly fast food working, lower class poor people who don't speak English. The only kids that go to this school are those whose parents live in the ghetto apartments surrounding this place, and no other person in their right mind who works for a living would let their child go to this sad excuse for an elementary school. Pulling our kids out and sending them to private schools end of this year.
