I will absolutely never go back. I walked in and was not greeted. At all. Ever. I had to ask for someone's help (if someone hadn't sent me there specifically, I would have already walked out). After I shopped for about 30 minutes, I stood there for another 45 watching them swipe every card I owned.... After 10 days of dealing with my bank/ fraud alerts, credit card customer service, gift card balances, authorization codes & so on, they reimbursed me the difference in what I was owed and sent me on my way. I'm not even sure I got an apology. Hopefully I can save someone else from their "faulty system."
