I was in there today stated I needed a voided check from my bank. The teller explained it's not a void check but a direct deposit form i said ok and would wait for it to be printed she said 5 to 10 min for that to be complete. As I'm waiting the bank manager walked up to me asked me what i needed I explained the same thing but she told me they don't do that here. I asked her why the teller said it was being printed. I stated to her that I've had some problems at that branch multiple times bc she has said they don't do that, which now I know pissed her off. She doesn't take constructive criticism well I could tell. So I'm now being assisted by the third person at the bank she has the doc printed and it has a small copy of the voided check but before the third associate finished the bank manager walked past me and said "maybe I should call the cops and have the truck towed that is parked in 2 spots." Low and behold that's my truck bc I thought I was gonna be in and out with a simple printed doc. The bank manager wants to call the cops bc of that...needless to say I've been a customer for 13 years and now heavily contemplating moving my money elsewhere.
