Denny's at 9009 Skillman Street, Dallas, Texas.

Ordered breakfast directly from their website and decided to call and check up on the order over an hour later (which delivery said 40 min and they are less than a mile from my apartment). The manager was rude and kept saying no one picked up the food even though i ordered directly through their site. I asked him if i picked it up could he refund the $8 delivery charge. He said that wasn't his problem but someone just came to pick up my food to deliver it. I asked him not to let it leave the store cold since we ordered hash browns and eggs. Needless to say it took over an hour and a half to get my cold food, which i couldn't even imagine serving it to inmates and over paid at that with no drinks.Horrible service, no customer care and disgusting food. I will never eat there again. And I've worked in several restaurants. Completely unacceptable, I will be expecting a refund soon.
