I absolutely would not recommend your family or friends or any loved ones to go with this agency. It was the absolute worst experience. The nurse that came to do the evaluation did not discuss the risks of medication or blood clots, they sent a PT who simply said "I can't help you" and then for 2 weeks and 8 calls begging for OT help, they simply said, "well the PT said you don't need OT" when it was clear that both PT and OT was needed. Once we got a new agency they immediately implemented weekly nurses, Weekly OT's, Weekly PT's, and weekly aides. In 2 days time they do much more for us than Guardian did in 2 weeks time. This was absolutely the worst healthcare experience.
