    I visited today to have an issue resolved with a grill that was damaged by the dealer on my new 2017 Q60 Red Sport. After driving two hours to the Sewell dealership They agreed to replace the grill with warm reception, however proceeded to mount a USED grill on my new car after i waited two hours for the installation. This was most unacceptable. Be very careful when your car go in for repair and or service. Inspect it thoroughly. Had i not observed the shady practice everyone was ready to send me off on my way.
