Could have been five stars, except the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine was not tuned properly. The non-sparkling beverages were fine, but anything requiring carbonation tasted flat. Unfortunately, canned Coke is not available at the bar either.

Check in at the front desk was quick, friendly and professional. We used complimentary one time passes issued with my United Explorer Card. You must have a boarding pass for a departing flight. (Any airline).

Snacks were typical for a US based lounge. Breakfast had hot oatmeal with different toppings, assorted pastries and cut fruit. Lunch time cheese cubes, and salad fixings were brought out. The soup changes daily. Coffee service is by Illy. The attendant was always busy cleaning up soiled plates and cups, and wiping down counters.

Plenty of floor to ceiling windows kept this lounge bright and attractive.
