Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park at 14902 Preston Road #1100, Dallas, Texas.

The place is fun for kids but they are all about money and not customer service. I️ paid for 2.5 hrs and only received 1 hr of play due to arriving near closing unaware of the closing time. I️ asked the manager Jeff if I️ could receive 1 hr of play time as a courtesy for not receiving what I️ paid for & he told me NO. I️ feel he should have told me that I️ was going to only receive 1 hr of play before they redeemed my voucher for the Spring Break special so I️ could have made the choice to stay or not. I️ would have came the next day so I️ could get my money worth if I had known they closed 2 hrs before I️ got off work. This was my first visit and Jeff made me not recommend or visit again over 1 hr. This place doesn’t care about the kids only money. Jeff even told me he was going to speak with district but he failed to do so.
